1. - Amazingly, talented, artist and wonderful friend who slept on my couch for a month (hehehe! XD). GO FORTH AND WATCH! Need I say more?



2. - If you love Danny Phantom, but want to see them in a whole different world and storylines, READ HER COMICS! They rock! And she has a very unique style I've never seen and always enjoy seeing when she updates!



3. - Made me go "Daaawwww" with very adorable Danny and Sam pieces! X3

<---HAHAH! I thought the exact same thing when I saw this episode. I hope to god the writers weren't watch the "Batman & Robin" movie when they were writing this. XD

4. - Fellow college friend! RE4 nights wouldn't have been the same without you! This is the man who was responsible for inspiring some of my pieces like Dizzy and Leon Kennedy. Hot babes and hilarious (but wrong! XD) comics that you should definitely read. DO MORE DAMMIT! >:[



5. - Cute stuff! Makes me want to try oekaki again! ^^



6. - My twin! X3 Who also got carried away with turning everything I love into My Little Ponies. I.E. BATPONY! (she even customizes these things!) I'll be damned if you don't make that Robin and Nightwing pony! XD Very talented artist not only in drawing, but check out her metal work! She's dangerous with a sheet of metal and mallet! Just don't ask her to draw a "bottle-turtle-kitton", cause SHE'LL DO IT! XD



7. - Has got some crazy, wicked details on her characters! How do you do it!? I envy your patience! P.S. Thank you for my chimichunga! XD



8. - You're still a skank, and I want my $5 back. XD Another college friend whom I share a special bond with. Someone who I can call a "filthy whore" as a term of endearment that no one but us will ever understand. XD This woman is very talented and needs to get off her lazy bum and post more! As you can see in these beautiful pieces!



9. - You sir, are dangerous with a marker! Unique style and sweet designs! Your female Spyder is hot! XD

<--*sad sigh* You have NO IDEA how much I miss the old Bart and his Impulse days. Why god, why DC did you turn him into such a whiner! UGH! >_< Here's hoping the new writer will be able to salvage his character. I want my stupid act-don't-think-about-how-this-might-kill-me-oooh-shiny Bart back! ;_;

Not a whole lot has been going on over here. Working on random pieces of artwork, switching constantly. I'll hopefully have some new pieces up over the Thanksgiving holidays. (Famous last words X_X)

I'm also thinking about contemplating on attending Katsukon. Anyone else going? Details here: [link]

It all really depends on whether I can get a table and if enough friends decide to go as well. We shall soon seeeeeeeee!! XD

On a minor note, to comic book nerds alike: One of the first few comics I helped fill in the blacks came out last week. Granted, I only helped on a few pages and there's nothing exciting about filling in blacks, but hey, I did SOMETHING! XD Pick up Legends of the Dark Knight issue #212, Illustrated by the awesome Steve Scott and inked by Nathan Masengill! And here's a small challenge I'll call a mini-game:

This was the first issue Nathan let me ink something in the background. If you can figure out which building I did, I will draw you a free sketch!

Here's a clue: It's a building! XD

Just comment with the page and panel # when you think you know the answer!

Hurray!!! I've finally passed thw 5,000 view mark!!! And to celebrate... FREE SKETCHES!!!

You heard right ladies and gentlemen!

I did this back in May on my LJ, and since it's been passing around on DA (~jack0001's DA inspired me!), I've decided to open the DA branch of this little free sketch meme!

The first 10 people to comment on this post get to request a sketch of a subject/character of their choosing from me. In return, they have to post this in their journal. Post all fandoms you’re willing to draw for.

Here are my conditions:

1. Will draw any character from any cartoon, anime, manga, comics or games.
2. Will draw original characters ONLY if you have sufficent refs. If I draw something that doesn't resemble your character to a "T", guess what? TOUGH!
3. Please restrict it to ONE character only. But if I'm in a good mood, I MIGHT be convinced to do 2 characters if I feel the sketch will do justice with another character. Not making promises though.
4. No porn.
5. No Furries/anthros: I will say up front, I have nothing against it, but it's a proven fact that I can't draw them to save my life.
6. I will only have this open to those who watch me.

Back from AWA!!! whoo-hooooooooo!!!

This past AWA officially marks my first real venture not only into artist's alley, but the art show as well. It was definitly a success not only in people picking up prints, but it was great just to sit and relax, meet and talk to people about anything! With that said, I must make a few thank yous/shout-outs:

To for setting up the hotel room, being a first class navigator, and of course made THE BEST Sora lion EVER! You win forever mew!

To Julie (my ju-ju-bee! <3) For always being a great laugh (pantsless Potter, Mars Attacks, elevator funtime, etc.), my uke partner-in-crime, and DOUGHNUTS!!! XD I don't think I would have had as much fun if you weren't there for comic relief! XD

To Jeff for being some extra muscle and carrying my art crap around, helping me cut up stickers, and watching the table when I ran away! Your help was greatly appreciated!

To for being the bestest table partner a girl could ever ask for, for your encouragement, for the art partying, and as always being the best friend. Though I'm still upset we don't hang out nearly as much as we do anymore *hint hint* And of course watching the table while I disappeared! XD

To. Man... there's just so much to thank you for. For all the nights you spend encouraging me to bust my ass on what I love, the insane convos, for watching my crap while I tried to get stuff before I open or closed my table, and of course, all the boobs you left me everywhere (i.e. my sketchbook and the DA list ).

To for all the silliness! It makes me miss all the good times we had when we were all at SCAD. Hopefully I'll be in the area beginning of next year so I can hang out with you guys more. I miss you all! ;_;

To for all your support, hillarious commentary, and a wonderful lunch! I'm still so very sorry about what happened to your car. I know you've had a stressfull week prior to AWA, but you stuck it out like a soldier and stayed strong despite everything. You are a wonderful person who doesn't deserve all that crap! *hugs!!*

To OMG! Thank you so much for the adorable Danny picture you drew me! That was very sweet of you! And I actually like his costume better with the black "D"! I'm glad you got to make it to the con at least for one day! XD

To and two lovely ladies who visited me often and were both very friendly and adorable! You two were a rockin Xigbar and Demyx! I read those nasty comments those people made on your photos. Don't pay any of them one bit of attention. Don't even reply to them because that's exactly what they want you to do. Screw them! I think you two are awesome! XD

To and two more lovely ladies who visted me often as well as gave an excellant dancing performance! Thanks guys! XD

And of course EVERYONE who came by the table! Whether you just chatted with me for a bit, bought prints/stickers, took the time to look at my artwork, commissioned me to do artwork, or even just walking by to say "hi". You all are awesome in my book! To those who signed in on the DA sheet. Yes, I will be visitng every single one of you! No worries there! XD

And most importantly, I HUGE HUGE HUUUUUUUUUUUGGEEEEE Thank you to everyone who made a donation to help out ~brandokay out! Someone who really didn't deserve what some selfish bastard did to him or ~ChibiMaryn for that matter! Between me, ~ChibiMaryn, ~tekneko and ~Owari-likes-ducks I think we managed to collect a little over $200 for him to cover the costs for damage and some of his loss. You guys are terrific and all deserve a gold star! Especially people like and (and Sonic to, though I didn't get his name! >_< who emptied their change in order to help him out. Again, I can't thank everyone enough who was kind enough to donate! YOU'RE ALL AWESOME!!!!

Again, thank you everyone for making my weekend enjoyable. For those who I missed, you know I still appreciate you guys! See you all next year!!!
